My Baby is Three!!!

Yesterday was Sophie's 3rd Birthday. We celebrated her first two birthday's with her on the other side of the ocean...it felt good to finally have her home and be able to celebrate with her! So, what did we do? Surely it was a huge event? Uh, no. We had a quiet "party" at home...just the 4 of us. Both Emma and Sophie had a grand time. Sophie LOVED being the center of attention as you can see by the pictures below. :)

Happy birthday sweet Sophie. I can't wait to meet you; we're going to have so much fun playing and getting to know each other! I can't believe you're 3...wow!!

Megan, I have to tell you that Sophie looks so much like Eliza in many of these photos; her expression, her body-type. She's so cute. She looked like she was really enjoying herself.

Sending you all lots of xxooo's and happy Thanksgiving wishes...counting down 'til we see you all in Charleston!!! Woooohooooo!!!!!! Friendship Sangria, chocolate cigars (?) and lots of laughing. We will defnitely have to toast to having our 2 daughters finally home from China, okay?... And yes, we'll have to endure Derek and Greg's mantra's and political discussions...ugh... On the positive side (lol), Allie was talking to a friend on the phone about joining us in Charleston and she said to the friend that they might have to babysit one night while the adults go out to dinner. She was telling her that the girls are all from China and how fun and cute it will be! Yes!!
