Emma chose her own backpack this year-Kung Fu Panda!
READY TO GO!!!
Today was Emma's first day of Preschool in Kansas! She woke up at 6:00 A.M. and was asking to go....but, she had to wait for 6 and a half hours since she is in an afternoon class this year! :-) Emma told me that she was going to her new school to see Ms. Marci and as you can tell by the photos posted she had no reservations about going, not one tear! Apparently she had a good day according to the note in her bag.

Oh my goodness Megan! That very first picture of Emma on the font stoop, arms open wide, is my absolute favorite. Boy, she has grown up and looks absolutely adorable. I love her pink attire, down to her pigtails! So cute. Enjoy the afternoons now girlfriend. You're so lucky!!! I can't wait to find out what Eliza's schedule is going to be! I'm not going to know what to do w/ myself...for about 5 minutes!

Very cute pictures! Emma is looking so grown up! Just today Kamryn asked me to buy that same exact backpack . . . but I was a mean mom and said no since she already has 2 others. School for the boys here starts Thursday. Kamryn will start in September. Enjoy the rest of your week!
OH my goodness...school already. We don't start back until after Labor Day. I am soooo not ready for that! Emma looks so grown up and so pretty in pink. Glad she had a fun first day.
